TVS-400 (Powder Conveyor Sieving Station)

The TVS-400 Series is a combination of powder conveyor and sieving station, used for reclaiming explosive metal powder in a safe working area. Lots of titanium and Aluminium powder can be considered to be recycled for re-use after the 3D printing process is finished. During the sieving process, the inside environment is considered as a hazardous area, Zone 20. Thus it is necessary for the powder sieving machine to be explosion proof.

TCS-2 (Powder Supply Change Station)

The TCS-2 is a powder supply station where you can change and start prints again more efficiently without the need for additional work or storage. It is a solution that is proven to be valuable and making the 3D Printing process a more user-friendly experience.

TCB-100 (Powder Cleaning Station)

The TCB-100 series of equipment mainly used in a safe area to clean the residual powder of 3D printed parts in a complex geometric path, which is difficult to be cleaned by conventional technology. Metal powders are usually flammable and explosive and thus explosion protection is a necessity for the performance of the equipment. Furthermore, this series of equipment has been certified by a third part authorised body and are being used by research facilities such as ARTC-A*STAR.

TSF-400 (Sieving Station)

The TSF-400 is used for reclaiming powder that is left behind from the 3D printing process. TAF-10 (Metal 3D Printing Air Circulation Filtration System)

TAF-10 is mainly used to collect and purify dust produced by the sintering of laser in the process of metal 3D printing. For achieving a better workpiece during metal 3D printing, the finer the powder is, the better the performance and quality of the part. As different sizes of dust are being produced, a single filter is not enough to handle dust and thus the TAF-10 is based on the machine’s 3 level filtration design. Different powders uses different filters thus extending the longevity of the filter. Dust with large particle size is buried by sand whereas dust with easy spontaneous combustion is neutralised by liquid inertness to ensure safety against explosions.

TEX3-E 1.2KW IB 9L (Explosion-proof vacuum cleaner)

This series consists of a single phase electric operated explosion proof vacuum cleaner that is suitable for explosive dust environment in Zone 21 and Zone 22. It is used for the clean up and recycling of gunpowder, aluminium powder, magnesium powder and other explosive dust. It is widely used in aerospace, military, chemical pharmaceutical, mechanical processing, Metal 3D printing and other industries.
